SERVICE · AGENTIC AI

AI that fits the way your business works.

An assistant can find information. An agent can carry out a sequence of actions within defined boundaries. Neopolis helps you choose an appropriate level of autonomy, connect the right tools and evaluate outcomes before expanding the scope.

01

Knowledge assistant

Find and summarize information from company sources.

02

Business copilot

Prepare a case or an action for the user to review.

03

Connected agent

Execute authorized tasks and route exceptions to a person.

Start with a use case, not a model

Internal support, case preparation, document search or request handling: we start with the work to be done. Tasks, exceptions and escalation rules help distinguish where rules, assisted search or an agent are appropriate. The solution should fit into the workflow rather than create another disconnected tool.

Connect knowledge, tools and access rights

A document assistant should use identifiable sources available to the user. An agent connected to a CRM, ERP or API needs permissions proportionate to its intended actions. We define allowed tools, human approval steps and the records needed to follow what happened.

Evaluate quality before scaling

A useful pilot covers representative cases and difficult situations: missing information, conflicting documents, unavailable tools and requests outside scope. Evaluation can track response quality, human rework, processing time, costs and incidents. Acceptance thresholds are agreed with business owners.

Move from pilot to operations

Production requires responsibilities, monitoring and a rollback procedure. Changes to models, data and tools should be tested. User training and real-world feedback are part of the delivery alongside code and technical integrations.

Questions, answered.

Do we need to replace our applications?

We usually start with your existing systems, reviewing APIs, access rights and constraints to choose suitable integrations.

How can we avoid excessive agent autonomy?

Limit its tools and permissions, require approval for sensitive actions and evaluate the situations in which it must stop or ask a person for help.

What outcomes can you promise?

Results depend on the workflow, data and integration. We propose measuring a pilot on your actual cases before defining a wider rollout.
