01Pre-screening and behavioral interview conducted by a Voice Agent
Design a Voice Agent to perform preselections and behavioural interviews. The session covers technical setup, integrating an LLM with ElevenLabs via n8n, and stepwise development while enforcing security measures.
Goal: automate an initial oral interview stage to assess behaviour and standardised answers.
Prepare environment: set up n8n, LLM and ElevenLabs access, and prepare prompts and interview scenarios.
Progressive build: audio tests, interaction scripts, text-processing of responses and storing results in a Notion ATS.
Security checkpoint: ensure audio consent, encrypted storage of recordings and strict access control to sensitive data.
