Create an e‑commerce agent linked to orders and inventory to answer customer queries in real time. The practical covers environment setup, data integrations (Shopify/WooCommerce, PostgreSQL), orchestration with n8n and security checks.
This practical demonstrates exposing order and inventory data to a conversational agent so it can provide contextual customer responses.
You set up the environment and connect e‑commerce sources (Shopify or WooCommerce), a PostgreSQL store, and an AI engine (Claude) orchestrated with n8n.
Stepwise construction covers fetching orders, checking stock levels, applying business logic and formatting replies for the target channel (e.g., Slack).
