01Recruitment using role-specific agents
Deploy specialised agents by job type to streamline multi-role recruitment. The practical session explains preparation using Google Forms/Drive/Sheets, orchestration in n8n and using Gemini for role-tailored processing.
Objective: create multiple role-targeted agents to automate sorting and prioritising applications.
Prepare environment: set up forms, Drive storage and structure Sheets as the single source of truth.
Progressive build: define role-specific prompts/flows, orchestrate through n8n and test Gemini outputs.
Security checkpoint: confirm Drive/Sheets permissions, restrict access to sensitive data and enable activity logs.
